    Unlocking connections for all

    Through this conference, people with disabilities, service providers, and community organizations come together to network, learn, and engage with the disability community to advance the agenda of the disability community forward.

    Advocacy in action

    We connect people together to share a collective cause, teaching each other how to stand up for ourselves, and create lasting change in our community. Through connection and community, we can create lasting change.

    Creating community

    At Unlocking Connections, it’s not just about advocating for the rights of people with disabilities, it’s about including those with disabilities in community. Unlocking Connections is about connecting disabled people to what matters in their communities. This year we have a primarily Lower Mainland focus, however in future years we plan to have agencies from across BC participate.
